The apartment is right next to Canberra Centre, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It offers a tranquil accommodation experience in the midst of the bustling city. This apartment is located on Ground Floor. You will not share this apartment with anyone. We can host a maximum of 4 guests, It is a fantastic place to stay in Brisbane and features: - First bedroom with a king bed (combined with 2 single beds) - second bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 livingroom with lounge and TV - 1 laundry with washing machine and dryer - 1 balcony - 1 full-size kitchen - 1 secured parking space in the basement - There is a centralized air conditioning system in the living room and bedrooms. Check-in time ends by 10 pm every day. To provide more availability in the peak season, sometimes we may need to relocate you to another apartment with the same quality rooms. We will notify you if we need to move you to another apartment. This apartment would be a perfect choice for families and friends to have a holiday or short break as well as a business trip in Canberra. Very clean, handy to central Canberra
Great location to stay at, right in the center of Canberra. Clean apartment. The building was a bit noisy with the apartment on the ground floor and people coming and going, but we are used to living rurally which is quiet. Would be good if at check in we were sent the code to the mailbox to get the keys without having to call someone, was a little stressful finding a car park nearby to be able to get out and get the keys after a confusing phone call. Also would be better if the key return was in the mailbox as you can’t get down the lift without the keys, so leaving them in the apartment upon checkout means moving your car out of the car park, followed by finding a car space in the middle of the city, then going back into the apartment to return the keys!

We were thrilled with the unit and it’s location. It will be our go to accommodation when we visit again.

This apartment is located within a residential building, and the neighbors residing in the building are either homeowners or long-term tenants. Please maintain quietness at all times.
