The house is equipped with sheets, blankets, toilet paper, soap, starter shampoo, bath towels, pool towels, and some basics when you arrive (coffee, juice, olive oil, salt). There are 3 hair dryers and one flat iron in the house. The open and roomy kitchen is brand new as of June 2023, which opens to a stylish living room on one side and the dining room on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and has an oven, induction stove top, fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, immersion blender for soups, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Your family and friends will have plenty of space to eat and lounge indoor and outdoor dining options, 2 patios, and 2 balconies. There is a second kitchen, also full equipped, downstairs from the house. There is high speed, fiberoptic internet for those needing to work and AC/heating in every bedroom and living room. Bed sizes: 3 queen, 1 king and 2 twin (there are 2 extra twin mattress in the children's room as well. These are mattresses on the floor. There is also a full size air mattress in one closet.) Additionally there is a separate apartment with one queen bed and a bunk bed under the house. This has its own bathroom, kitchen and living room.
