My daughter and grandkids stayed at Mahheen and Zaki's condo for two months while waiting for their permanent residence . Always friendly and responsive. It was a pleasure renting from them

Wow.... I must have liked it as I kept extending it for as long as I could. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. The place was spotless, parking very convenient, and for someone very sensitive to noise, extremely quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and kept spoiling me with treats. Five Stars very easy....

The place is clean and it has everything that we need. I like the location a lot because it is close to the market, Costco, and the shopping center. I also like the pool and spa. Thanks again for hosting this amazing place for us to stay.

We stayed 2 weeks in this first floor 1 bedroom condo. We didn't hear anyone above us. The community was quiet. Check in and check out is super easy. The condo is equipped with key essentials (internet, A/C, washer/dryer in unit, good water pressure, kitchen essentials) except beach gear so if you plan on easily driving 15 mins to the beach then definitely stop by TARGET or WALMART and you'll find what you need. If you're not a beach person and just want to hang out by the pool...they have a nice community pool and spa. Our child enjoyed the pool and met some new friends. They have a nice large park and tennis courts (bring your rackets and tennis balls). There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants right across the street. We even got to enjoy The Farmers Market. We loved having a covered parking spot so we didn't have to look for parking. For the price, this condo is a very good value. The hosts quickly respond and communicate well. I would definitely book with these hosts again. They have other properties too so make sure you inquire with them. Thank you again Maheen and Zaki!

Maheen and Zaki were great. Very quick to respond and address anything. We stayed over 2 months, enjoyed our time, found a nice bike ride out to Salt Creek Beach and other rides, a Starbucks across the street, good sushi, plenty of shops, restaurants and short drives to many places. Well equipped so all good. The only issue was with Airbnb, who took 29 days to respond to an issue with my Airbnb account, nothing to do with the rental property, replied at 2 a.m. and cancelled my issue 1 hour later because I did not reply. Unbelievable to me , and a reason to look at other Vacation Rental Booking Organizations in the future. If I were an owner I would be trying to pressure Airbnb to make significant changes to their customer service as it is completely useless and insulting and I will avails Airbnb because of it.
