Place was great. Would have loved to stay there again. However after my stay he tried to charge me an additional 650$ us dollars for cleaning fees even tho we cleaned the place. Then said it was for damage and there was none. Then it came down to fines by his complex. Thank god for airb&b for stepping in and not supporting such claims. Enter at own risk

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. A few things missing from the apartment that we needed for our stay and Martín was great at getting to us fairly quickly. Only one bedroom has air conditioning, other rooms can get very warm. Quick drive to supermarket and having parking was very convenient

My stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful! The place is spacious and bright, with minimalist decoration that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. It made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in. The host was extremely kind and attentive, responding to all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Their hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. Access to the place was very easy. The workspace was a huge plus , it was comfortable and efficient . Without a doubt, I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for comfortable, clean accommodation with an exceptional host. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Martin is a great host with a great place! There is ample room and multiple bathrooms. I used the portable A/C unit, with a little tape, and it was great. There were nice furnishings, and I was able to work in the office without much noise from the street. It was very secure with 24/7 security in the lobby. I did not have a car, but it was nice to have the option of the underground garage. I also used the washing machine and clothes rack. The apartment building is within walking distance of main avenues like Caminos del Inca and Benavides, where you can do the shopping you need. I would definitely stay here again!
