If you're looking for adventure, you're in luck! We are located within 5 miles of Lunch Loop Trails for world class mountain biking and a 50 minute drive from Powderhorn Resort for both skiing and mountain biking. Drive 10 minutes to experience hiking at the Colorado National Monument or 60 minutes to Mesa Lakes. Walk less than 10 minutes South and you will find yourself on Main Street. Here you can taste French pastries from Bistro 317, sushi from Suehiro's, experience an Irish pub at Goat and Clover or a late night speakeasy at Moody's. We have a Nest keypad for keyless front door access. When exiting through the back door, please lock up and re-enter through front door on return. This home offers a queen bed, two twin beds and a hide-a-bed in the living room. We have stocked the kitchen with coffee/coffee pot, plenty of cooking and baking utensils and Tupperware. The living room has a 64 inch Smart TV and comfortable seating, Netflix included. All furnishings are completely new; memory foam mattresses, bed frames and living room furniture as well as a newly remodeled kitchen and appliances. Our spacious dining room has seating for 4, but a card table and folding chairs can be added to seat 8. Included onsite are a washer and dryer with detergent. To keep our space dog friendly, 2 dogs maximum on stays unless otherwise approved. There are bowls, doggy-bags and designated towels for clean up. Additionally, we ask no animals on furniture and that any pet stains/hair be reasonably cleaned prior to checking out. This home boasts a sizable backyard with a patch of grass and plenty of room for running. If you'd like to dine outside, there is seating for 4 underneath a sun-sail shade and string lights for evening enjoyment.
