The place is fair for the price. Getting in, i had to wait 30 mins before the Assistant came she's very friendly and kind. They charge 50php by the hour after 5pm is considered late check in, and also the sink faucet is leaking, the balcony door knob is broken, can't go out and also the tv was not smart TV, I wasn't able to watch Netflix nor YouTube tho We tried to make a solution the owner(Giovanni) and the Assistant were very helpful and responsive. The place I stayed was city-facing so there was a lot of noise because of the highway, if you can sleep with noise, you'll be fine. As for me, I didn't get the good sleep because of the noise plus the water leak on the sink I recommend this for backpackers but not really for family vacation. The place is okay but IT'S VERY VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES POSTED. They ask 500php security deposit which was reimbursed to me the minute I checked out. I appreciate the opportunity to share our recent Airbnb condo stay. Despite a commendable location and overall ambiance, our experience was marred by several unsatisfactory issues. The check-in process was cumbersome, with an extended wait time. Upon settling in, we found a lack of essential kitchen dinnerware, limiting our ability to fully utilize provided amenities. Maintenance concerns included a persistently dripping faucet and an air conditioner that dripped on us at night, disrupting our sleep. The presence of rickety chairs added discomfort. Notably, we lacked a key to the unit, forcing us to carry valuables when leaving to shop or dine. This unexpected security concern heightened inconvenience. While acknowledging positive aspects, addressing these issues is crucial for future guest satisfaction. We hope prompt action can ensure a more seamless and enjoyable stay for others.

The host gives very clear instructions. His assistant is so responsive to my inquiries. The place has a nice view. The location is very near the mall.
