An exceptional home, well-appointed with luxuries like Citizenry bedding & towels, Le Labo toiletries, Sonos, Nespresso coffee and a fully supplied kitchen. A light-filled, recently renovated home, this home is immaculately maintained and as part of your stay, you’ll enjoy light house cleaning 2x a week and deep house cleaning 1x a week. There’s no list of chores to do when you leave - think of it as staying at a friend’s fabulous home while they’re away. About the House: This residence has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, set over 3 floors plus a back house. Downstairs, there’s a beautiful lounge with a fireplace directly across from the kitchen and opening onto the back patio. The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bar and leads to a dining room - all of which are next to a play space with piano, so kids can play while the parents are busy prepping meals. Upstairs, the primary bedroom (with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom) is close to the 2 children’s rooms & separate bathroom & laundry room: 1 bedroom is furnished with a twin bed, the other has a king bed. Crib or pack n play available on request. On the 3rd floor, there’s the library with tv and a cozy pull-out sofa + sectional across from a large desk. There’s a second dedicated office & full bathroom on this floor as well. It’s the perfect quiet space for long days or nights of remote work. The backhouse serves as the final guest room with a queen size bed, kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for a nanny or extra adults. Perfect for: Busy professionals with children who are looking for an extended stay with house cleaning help built in. House has an incredibly flexible layout. The 3rd floor can serve as two dedicated office spaces, a movie lounge, or as an extra bedroom utilizing the pull-out couch and huge bathroom. The backhouse is perfect for a live-in nanny or grandparent or additional office space.

A beautiful home that is also extremely functional. All of the spaces, indoor and outdoor, are well thought out and inviting. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything. Rachel is an attentive and kind host. Don’t hesitate to book.
We recently stayed at Rachel's property and were delighted by the immaculate condition and stunning location. The cleanliness was top-notch, evident from the moment we stepped in. However, we did have some concerns. On two occasions, cleaners entered without any prior notice, which was quite intrusive. This felt unsettling, as the cleaning typically should occur before guests arrive, not during their stay. I raised the issue with Rachel, who was open to revising her procedures. This proactive approach was much appreciated. Another point worth mentioning is the choice of linens. They were colored, and I personally prefer white for several reasons: it's easier to spot any issues of cleanliness, and white linens can be bleached for thorough cleaning, ensuring a high standard of hygiene. Despite these few concerns, our overall experience was largely positive. With these points in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
Rachel was incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive to get the place suited to our needs. The pictures were beautiful, but the experience was elevated - it was the most thoughtfully curated home I’ve ever stayed in. We used it for our team retreat - everyone had their own space and the common areas were inviting and comfortable. Rachel’s home had everything we needed and more…wish we would’ve had more time to walk around the neighborhood, it was quiet and beautiful area, but close to where we needed to be. Already hoping to go back with my family, it’s got everything you could need if you’re traveling with kids!
Believe me when I say, Rachel's home is one of the most beautiful places you'll ever stay. Not only is the design of the home exquisite, but it is clean, well-appointed, spacious, and in a wonderful family-friendly neighborhood. My husband, 2 young kids, and I stayed at Rachel's home for 1 month prior to moving out of state, and we could not have chosen a better place to call our temporary home. Plenty of space for cooking and sipping, multiple spaces for kids to play (attic lounge for movie watching and backyard with swing and sandbox were my kids favorites), extremely comfortable beds and linens, and 2 work areas for my husband and I to both work from home. Rachel was very responsive if we had any questions, and the housekeeping team was polite, friendly, and did a wonderful job. For us, in the midst of a stressful time organizing a family move, Rachel's home was a calm and stress-free sanctuary. All 4 of us were sad to leave! And would absolutely love to stay in this home again.

The home is located in Kessler Park on one of the most coveted circles in Dallas. 5 minutes from Bishop Arts, 10 minutes from downtown Dallas, 15-20 minutes from Highland Park, Knox Henderson, and North Park, and 25 minutes to DFW or Arlington. It’s also close to nearby restaurants and shops, so you won’t have to go far if you want to grab some essentials or have an adults-only dinner.
