This was a great affordable spot for my partner, dogs, and I. It reminded me of your quirky aunts place in San Francisco. Beds were comfy and had everything we needed! The fenced in yard was great and Melissa the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful. Would gladly book here again! Great safe location too as parts of SLC can be dodgy but we felt very safe and comfortable here. Our truck went unbothered. Christina was also very quick to communicate for check in and Melissa was as well when we needed more TP! 5/5 thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay at "Quiet Urban Street." The place is centrally located in an inclusive and neighborly area. The access information was sent late but Christina was friendly and helpful. It is clearly stated that the space has a hippie/boho (bohemian) vibe. This is not a place my conventional or conservative parents would have felt comfortable. Linens, bathroom and kitchen surfaces were clean. We did find dirty dishes in the cabinets and opted to wash everything we needed before using them. There is a dishwasher in the process of being hooked up. This will help address the situation. SLC is a city with many amenities. Expenses will reflect this. Considering our weekend trip was during Spring Break this was a decent value. We are grateful when Airbnbs (like this one) allow pets. We expect occasional pet hairs in places where pets can stay, including this Airbnb. We love our little dog. Thanks for understanding that they are part of the family too!
