Got changed to a different room in a nearby apartment building on the street next to the one that my originally booked room was supposed to be. According to Diem, it was because my originally booked room was not ready for service. It was really professional and helpful on Diem's part to give out the room change notice early where it was clearly communicated to me with the AirBnb listing/description page for the new room along with the exact address of it, giving me ample time to evaluate if I would want to accept the new place which I eventually did. The room fully matches the descriptions and images with all the listed facilities/services provided and in good quality/conditions. Room cleaning and clothes washing were done daily and in a thorough manner. As for the surrounding area, district 7 is known as a modern, quite wealthy, safe, and internationally-oriented neighborhood which really adds values to the place. All in all, I had a great and lovely stay with no issues throughout.

Điểm is very responsive. I really like place except we struggle a bit with our 4 big luggage bringing out the street because of motorbikes are blocking the driveway. It’s took us a while to load to the car. But overall it’s worth it. Very closed to market and restaurants.
