Great value place in the heart of Wellington's CBD. We stayed for a work function and it was great to be able to walk to Te Pae every morning! Clean, functional, everything we needed.

Steve was helpful in attempting to get the WiFi working. He brought along a another TV setup so we could watch the cricket and a gift.

Great location for a big group wanting to explore the best of Wellington nightlife. Basic but great location and setup. 3 floors ... so a few stairs to navigate.

Looks bigger than it is in photos, especially the living/kitchen open space. Tight for a group of 9, sofa bed uncomfortable and hard. Location amazing if you want to walk everywhere, close to TePapa, waterfront, Oriental Bay etc. WIFI was a constant challenge, not connecting easily. Showers needed a good scrub, and we were short 1 towel. Busy noisy nights sharing an alleyway with 12 apartments and a restaurant next door. Secure and gated though which was good for safety. No information book which could have made a difference, roof top was under repair but no information about it unless we went to listing. Owner was easy to communicate with but was out of town during our stay.
