A good apartment in a non-touristy area, away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay: the ability to cook, hot water, good internet, and air conditioners in every room. It's a bit far from the nearest major shopping center and the city center, but it suits me. I especially want to mention the owner of the apartment, Jin; she's great, organized everything for a pleasant stay: from soap and shampoos to toothpaste and extra garbage bags, kitchen utensils, which is not always the case. The presence of a washing machine was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this apartment for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of a big city and stay away from noisy tourist streets.

We were super happy with our stay at Jin's place. She is really a super host and provided all commodities, well equiped kitchen, nice sunsets (lots of trees in the back with birds singing), good internet. To go in the old city with 'Grab', between 85 - 150 bath depending where and the time. It was a quiet place. We would come back here.

Great value! Overall we had a good stay. This place was equipped with most of the basics we needed. It was in a convenient location for us to get to the places we wanted to go by car. Also there were good food delivery options for when we didn't want to go out. Our children enjoyed the playground outside. The host provided helpful information and made the check in and check out very easy for us. As the description says, the place is on the 5th floor with no lift, so be prepared to carry your things up the stairs. The bathroom is a little small, but that wasn't a problem for us.
