Starting from the top down: Upstairs, our 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom which is situated in the hallway between the two rooms. Each room includes a full bed with ultra plush mattresses, a 40 inch smart T.V. mounted and with internet access, a dresser, and a night stand! In the hall between the two rooms, a fold out futon is available to maximize the space and comes with a full blanket set and pillows. The master bed room includes a king sized ultra plush mattress with an independent & exclusive connected bathroom which boasts a victorian style bath, and beautiful tiled shower, and also includes a 50 inch smart T.V! We are still awaiting delivery of the dresser and night stands for the master bed room, and have offered our space at a discount while we await their arrival. The master bedroom also boasts a walk in closet for premium space and comfort. The living room has a full size fold out plush mattress inside the sofa, as well as a secondary sofa and rocking chair, all in front of a 75 inch entertainment oriented T.V. and rustic antique stove. The living room is open to a half-bathroom and has open floor plan to the kitchen. The kitchen features a counter-top stove, in-wall oven, and commercial grade microwave! Our fridge is stocked with fresh water for you as well! All pots, pans, and utensils are included! The laundry room features a standard washer and dryer, perfect for any stay! The patio is fitted with two conversation sets and overlooking the property beautifully. Below the patio into the front yard, a wonderful fire pit set for your enjoyment! Have children? rent our small "toddler perfect" bounce house for an additional 35 dollars per trip!
