THE HOUSE -Historical Property, Well Maintained in Downtown Moncton -Private Deck Area with two complimentary parking spaces on the property -Full Kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, and stove -Large kitchen island -Fully stocked kitchen with cookware -Dining Table suitable for 6 people -55" TV (Netflix provided; no cable) -Dedicated working area with a desk -Reading Materials & Extensive Library -Portable Playpen -Mini Split AC & Heat on each level SECOND FLOOR -Spacious Bathroom -Modern Walk-in Shower -Custom-Tiled Rain Shower -Original Clawfoot Bathtub MASTER BEDROOM -King Size Bed -Large Walk-in Closet -Custom-Tiled Rain Shower -Sink in the walking closet SECOND BEDROOM -Queen Size Bed -Closet -Desk 3RD BEDROOM -Double Size Bed -Washer/Dryer combo 4TH BEDROOM - Double Size Bed - Desk and Office Chair -Closet WORKING AREA -Desk -Chair -Scenic View GLASSED PORCH -Breathtaking View -Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by large bay windows POOL -The outdoor pool is shared with other Airbnb guests, Sparkle Clients, the Sparkle Team, and my family -The pool is not heated and is open from mid-June to mid-October -We aim to maintain a relaxing atmosphere in shared areas, but anticipate -some traffic around the pool -Pool hours: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (reservations are recommended) -Please inform us in advance if you'd like to use it HOT TUB (2) -We offer two hot tubs: a private (to this house) 4-person inflatable tub in, and a larger 6-person tub on an adjacent property owned by Sparkle Lifestyle & MediSpa -The Shared hot tub is shared with other Airbnb guests, the Sparkle Team, and my family - Shared Hot tub hours: 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (booking recommended) -The main hot tub is a short 20-meter walk from the Courtyard entrance/exit PARKING - 2 dedicated (private) parking spaces by the house, with additional (shared) parking available in Sparkle's lot - Please do not park in front of the garage door. The house was great. Lots of space, easy to find, ample parking. Host was very easy to deal with. Straight forward instructions and very responsive. The house looked exactly like the description, no surprises. Great spot for a large group of people.
This place is great. Spacious, quiet, central. My family loved it, I would definitely stay again. Madelaine is also very friendly and d great with communication.
Place was great- Madeleine was an attentive host and communicated often. I would have expected it to be a bit cleaner. We had some down time and hung out at the house but the furniture wasn’t super comfy. I would recommended this place again and I would stay there again if I’m ever in Moncton. Thanks Madeleine!
