The house was perfect for our 3-night stay to attend a nearby family event. Spacious enough for four adults (all sleeping in separate rooms); plenty of parking (including on street parking); and set in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

The property was well located and had plenty of sleeping space. However although the property sleeps 7 (we were a party of 6), there are not enough bowels, mugs or cutlery for that many guests which meant we had to eat meals in 2 sittings. The property needs some maintenance. There are damp patches from leaks, loose bathroom taps, the microwave is excessively high and could not be reached, there are no safety clips on the blind cords. The master bedroom has paper thin white roller blinds so was not dark. The downstairs conservatory/dining room has no heating and was freezing.

Great relaxing stay, at a lovely location. We were over visiting friends and travelling between Liverpool and Manchester and so this was perfectly situated for us. Lots of space and rooms for a family of four. Check in on arrival was hassle free and easy. Within a few minutes we were able to make ourselves at home, Gillian had left lots of snacks , drinks and treats. There is a Morrison's and Asda close by if you need to pick anything up. Overall great value and can recommend for a nice relaxed stay in a quiet location that's not far out of the way.
