Newly renovated one bedroom flat. located in a central location right by the famous Jersey Cows with all shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Only 10 mins walking distance to the harbour, beach and the main bus station. Everywhere is within easy reach from this apartment. A large paying public car park is 2 mins from the flat (free parking from 5pm to 9am). Walk to Central Market and Fish Market in 3 minutes to enjoy the vibrant Jersey life with fresh bakery and coffee in the morning! Newly decorated second floor (top floor) one bedroom flat with brand new furnishings. Bedroom: Standard size double bed with bedside lamps and build-in closet. Iron and ironing board. Living room: A comfy double sofa bed can be easily set up for two people (see photos attached). A travel cot can be supplied upon request free of charge. Internet TV with YouTube and all other TV Apps installed. Kitchen: Full kitchen with new induction hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee tea machine, and all essentials for a long stay. Bathroom: Walk in shower, wash basin and toilet. Toilet paper, shampoo and towels are supplied. This self contained flat shares the main entrance door and staircase with another self contained two bedroom flat on the same floor. There is no other flat within this building.

I couldn't have chosen better, the apartment was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay, as said in other reviews the staircase is there but that was a mere detail, the location is perfect close to the market restaurants etc . exactly in the center of city and the host is friendly with quick responses I had a small problem with the Wi-Fi which was resolved promptly, highly recommended
Right in the center of the town centre, with all shops, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets right by the doorstep.
To Dine - Central market and fish market is within 2 mins walk, with lots of cafes, bakeries, shops and restaurants around this area.
To Shop - High street is 2 mins away, with many local boutiques and international shops offering VAT FREE shopping.
To Play and Relax - The beautiful Millionaire Park is only 5 mins walking distance! It has a large clean grass area for picnic and for kids to run around. It has a lovely kids playground inside with many equipments for both young and older children. There is also a beautiful waterfall feature at the front and a water fountain at the back of the park. Kids loves to run and play on this over ground water fountain in the summer months.
There is also a large basketball court and a skating rink for older kids. The park is well maintained and very clean and safe, with cafe and ice cream stall next to the playground.
To Visit - Our Beautiful Elizabeth harbour and castle is only 10 mins walk across town center, where you can take the La Petite train tour from the harbour along St Aubin’s bay while enjoying the breathtaking view across the bay.
To Chill - La Fregate cafe and the beautiful public park Les Jardins de la Mer is only 15 mins from our flat and 5 mins from Elizabeth harbour, where you can enjoy good vibe in the cafe or on the beach without driving to anywhere. Or have a picnic on the well maintained clean grass area while watching the kid’s playing in the bush maze and to splash around the over ground water fountain.
Please note: As we are right in the centre of town, there are cafes, restaurants and markets close to the apartment building. There is also a club playing music some nights on Fridays and Saturdays (no music at night on weekdays). It won’t be very loud once the double windows are shut, and we will supply earplugs free of charge just in case it disturbs some light sleepers.
By Bus - 10 mins walking distance to the main Liberty Bus Station, where you can get onto all bus routes to explore the entire island.
By Car - A paying public car park is right behind the flat with 2 mins walking distance (free parking from 5pm to 9am). Daytime parking rate in Jersey is approximately £1.10 per hour.
By Bicycle - On street public bike storage area (with rain cover) is 2 mins from the flat and alarmed bike lock can be supplied upon request (although the crime rate in Jersey is almost zero). It can also be locked in the big car park (with security cameras) right behind the flat within 2 mins walking distance too.
By Taxi - Taxi rank is 2 mins away (snow hill street) from the flat.
