Offering the best view of oPorto and the famous D.Luiz I Bridge just 5 min walking distance. Try the new and iconic complex WOW with Museums, Restaurants and Bars offering many cultural events! The historical site is next to the center of oPorto, is known for its famous Wine Caves, where you can try the PortWine as much as you want! Also the site is next to transport stations. Our beautiful apartment is on the top of the building of three levels offers an iconic view to Tower of Clérigos. Also beautifully design by a local architect that is very passionate about art. You will find different art peaces of author in the apartment. The interior in contemporary style to feel your needs the best way possible. Also we a have a nice pool that is shared ONLY with people that live in our building. So you can cool yourself down in our outdoor yard after a long day of walking through the oPorto hills. You will enjoy the sites that are considered by UNESCO as a Worlds Heritage, just by walking in our neighbor, that is filled with Urban Art, as famous Rabbit of Bordallo II.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans le logement proposé par Roman. Appartementt petit, mais extrèmement bien aménagé sous les toits. L’appart est bien équipé, et la piscine est très agréable. Roman a été très accueillant et aidant: flexibilité pour notre arrivées, très bonnes recommandations pour sortir et dîner à Porto. Le quartier autour de l’appartement est résidentiel. Il y a quelques commerces, pas mal de cafés ou restaux à 5 minutes à pieds, les caves de Porto, et le métro pas loin pour vous rendre en centre-ville. Nous recommandons!
Roman is een super vriendelijke host. Hij reageert snel en voorziet je van alle tips die je nodig hebt. Het is een schattige plek om te verblijven, waarbij alles dat je nodig hebt er is. Van wasmachine tot tv met Netflix, dat is heerlijk! Ook is de plek lekker rustig, met een Lidl op loopafstand. Wel is het een zolder, waarbij er veel lage balken zijn. Wij zijn twee lange meiden en dus stootten we regelmatig ons hoofd. Ook was het niet helemaal schoon, er was veel stof te vinden. Kortom - super vriendelijke host en schattige inrichting en accommodatie met alle gemakken voorzien. Het is wel een zeer kleine (vooral lage) ruimte.

Bem localizado a 2min do Cais de Gaia e de qualquer outra atração, restaurantes, bares, etc.. Muito boa vista através do apartamento, boa luz natural. No geral, um bom canto para se ficar enquanto se desfruta do que Gaia tem pra dar. 5*
