A nook for those looking for calmness, fresh air and green spaces to stroll. Private house, located in the peaceful Urbanização Clube Fim de Semana da Ria, which enjoys a privileged location between Ria de Aveiro and the ocean, ideal for families with children and animals. By car, the house is 9 minutes from the ocean beach, 5 minutes from the river beach, 7 minutes from the entrance to the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve and 10 minutes from the São Jacinto Ferryboat (connection to Aveiro). The house has two buildings. The front, the living area, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the annex, guests have a dining/games room, ideal for larger groups, a kitchen, a BBQ and a third bathroom. In the exterior of the house, when the weather permits, garden furniture is installed, creating another area of conviviality and comfort for guests. The entire house enjoys excellent sun exposure.

Beste Bewertung für Inês in der Betreuung. Die Gegend ist sehr naturschön, sehr weite unverbaute Dünen/Strände in Kombi mit dem Ria de Aveiro. Allerdings ist ein Auto mehr oder weniger nötig, da selbst das Fahrradfahren auf dieser autodominierten Küstenstraße eher gefährlich als ein Genuss ist. Das FH ohne Heizung war in dieser außergewöhnlich kühlen Frühjahrsphase nichts für Empfindliche.
We really liked Ines' holiday home. It is perfectly located between Sao Jacinto and Torreira. Very close to Aveiro Lagoon and about 2 km to Murantzel beach, which is fantastic, like other beaches in the region, if you like peace and nature. Very close to Reserva Natural das Dunas de São Jacinto. There are many good restaurants in both Sao Jacinto and Torreira. Good ferry connection with Aveiro. The house itself is very well arranged and equipped, it has everything you need for a good vacation. Very clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms with good beds and two bathrooms. The living room is stylishly furnished and large and cozy. There is a fireplac for cool evenings. Large flat screen TV, good wifi, various games. Great yard and grill house with full equipment for grilling and games. The car can be parked in a quiet street in front of the house or in the yard. The owner is very sweet and caring, great communication. We highly recommend it.
Ante todo dar las gracias a Ines por su magnífica atención hacia nosotros y nuestra mascota. La casa es muy acogedora y preciosa. La urbanización muy tranquila, la casa permite una estancia ideal para el reposo. Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones, limpieza impecable, bien equipada para que la estancia sea muy agradable. Ideal para familias con mascotas. Ines nos ha dado todas las facilidades en horario y trato muy agradable. Buenísima experiencia, esperamos repetir.
Pasamos 4 días y el trato de la anfitriona fué inmejorable. Inés es verdaderamente encantadora ,siempre está disponible para hacerte la vida más fácil! Nos dio todo tipo de recomendaciones de playas, restaurantes, supermercados , lugares de interés etc... a parte de disponible en todo momento para dudas que nos pudieron surgir durante la estancia. La casa verde es maravillosa, completamente equipada en un entorno muy tranquilo con la playa muy cerquita y de muy fácil acceso. Sin duda repetiremos :)
