Pictures do not match reality! Its a student house with locks on all rooms. First of all the main pic is of a lovely lounge which was not to be found! Contacted Yo and they advised you have to tell them in advance you want a room being a lounge (this was not clear or mentioned in all the numerous exchanges) though it is clear on the listing now. Being a group of 9 we needed this area as the kitchen seated 6. Other chair available downstairs was broken. Kitchen only had 6 dinner plates which again if its let out for 10 then you'd expect one each. No tin opener or enough wine glasses each. Lists 2.5 bathrooms but one didn't have running water into the basin. Generally house in need of repair such as broken tiles, light fittings hanging down, toilet pan dirty, runners hanging off door, TV not working, dishwasher installed not working, ironing board broken and some random plastic fittings on worktops half hanging off hiding walls. Sheets and towels lovely though and beds comfy!
