Momentum Villas is a complex of 10 villas, all under the same esteemed management for rental purposes in Ialysos, Rhodes. Located just 7.4 km from Diagoras Airport and only 300m from the beach.We are close to supermarkets and bakeries, which are only 200m away, and just a short 5.7 km drive from the city center of Rhodes.Please be advised that our establishment is pleased to offer accommodations for families with children, as well as individual guests who are 25 years of age or older. Sea View Villa split over three levels On the ground floor of our unique 260 sqm villa, there is a living room with a fireplace along with a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, while one of them contains an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC with bathtub and shower while the top floor comes with a sea view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a garden. The pool's temperature can be with a maximum setting of 30 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 28 degrees Celsius.

Our 10 day break this September 2023 staying at Takis's villa (number 2) was perfect. The villa is exceptional, the specification for the whole villa is worthy of grand designs!. The attention to detail from the bathrooms, bedrooms, and ground floor lounge/kitchen has everything you could possibly require. The swimming pool is unique in its construction. with a thoughtful ladder to gently get in and out (especially if your knocking on a bit as we are). Georgia his deputy is delightful, always smiling and is available 24/7 even on her days off, especially if you forget the villa key! The lovely cleaning lady was discreet and always carried out her cleaning duties to perfection. We didn't bother hiring a car as there is a taxi rank 30 mtrs away to whisk you into Rhodes old town (13 euros each way} Thank you Takis for letting us enjoy your fantastic villa.
