I stayed at Alan’s AirBnb for 1 month while looking for a permanent residence. This was the best AirBnb I’ve stayed in. When I first reserved, I was a little anxious about how much I spent, but now I feel it was worth every penny. The views from the unit are stunning. The unit itself although on the smaller side is very clean and decked out with plenty of features like a nice monitor, work desk, chair, Roomba, projector, etc. There is a pool and jacuzzi available for communal use downstairs. Most importantly, the concierge is elite and provides a super safe environment. Access to all the units are restricted by a locked door downstairs. The concierge tries to remember every guest and their unit number and will always open the door for you as they see you walking up. I actually booked this AirBnb because a previous one cancelled on me with short notice, and I’m so glad they did. I would definitely stay here again.

Alan’s place was honestly incredible and exactly as advertised. I have been living in monthly airbnbs for the last year, and this was the best one I have stayed in. If you plan to work from home, it is a truly phenomenal experience because of the great desk setup and truly phenomenal view of the bridge and city. The place is very thoughtfully designed with lots of quirky tech features which I loved. The doormen are extremely friendly and you won’t really have that kind of experience anywhere, it feels like a NYC luxury apartment. And the gym, hot tub and pool! It’s never crowded and so awesome to have in the building! Cannot recommend Alan’s place enough. He was an excellent host and took care of every request I had in a timely manner and went above and beyond what I expect of AirBnBs. The area is excellent a very safe part of SF with lots of great restaurants and little shops nearby. There’s also garage parking! There is truly nothing to complain about the experience, stay here!

A very modern and clean space equipped with everything you need. The building is extremely safe and every single doorman is incredibly kind and helpful. I also felt at ease parking my car in the garage, no issues with break-ins or anything like that for the duration of my stay (1 month). The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, but the pictures do not do the view of the Golden Gate Bridge justice! Absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, short walk to work in FiDi and a block away from Trader Joe’s! Highly recommend Nob Hill Cafe for Italian food around the corner and spending time at Huntington Park (great dog watching). Alan is a great host and there when you need him, he went above and beyond. He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend a stay here!
