We stayed at Lee’s place for our daughter’s graduation from U of M. Great location - easy walk to the Big House and short drive to campus. Quiet street, easy to access and off street parking with private long driveway. The house was a perfect setup for us with the master on the first level and two bedrooms with bath on second level - great for our adult kids. House was well stocked and grocery store and CVS short walk away for anything forgotten. We didn’t cook, but kitchen had everything. Also had fun with the board games supplied. Price was reasonable considering it was graduation week and plenty of other places were gouging. Had a previous reservation canceled months after confirmation by host looking for more money. Lee’s place was miraculously available and so thankful to find it. Wish we knew about it sooner for previous visits. Since our daughter just graduated, unlikely we’ll be back in the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ann Arbor.

We were on a college visit and this was the perfect location. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed having two full bathrooms.

This is an Ann Arbor gem! Centrally situated, very clean and beautifully appointed. Comfy beds and furniture. We would definitely visit this home again
