This fully renovated modern apartment is in a perfect location. The beach of Thessaloniki is just a few meters from the apartment and you will certainly enjoy the access to it on foot as well as the famous attraction of the White Tower which is only fifteen minutes away. Transportation to and from the airport as well as to the city center is easy since the bus stop is just a few meters from the entrance of the apartment building. The apartment is located on the upper floor and consists of a bedroom that contains a double bed, a huge wardrobe and a desk by the window, a living room with a corner sofa that becomes a double bed and a piece of furniture with a 50 inch LG TV. It also has in the kitchen area, which is made of semi-solid wood, an electric stove with two FRANKE stoves, a large LG refrigerator and a 3 in 1 coffee machine (nespresso, dolce gusto, filter), kettle, toaster, multi etc. It also has a washing machine and dryer. Finally, it has a bathroom with a shower as well as a hair dryer and an iron with an ironing board.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult locuința. Locuința dispune de toate cele necesare, este curat, foarte aproape de mare, multe restaurante și magazine în apropiere. Cu siguranță vom recomanda aceasta locuință și cunoscuților.

очень понравился хозяин и его квартирка. Все в доступности, хорошая транспортная развязка, достаточное количество посуды, полотенец и постельного белья , как бонус, пение кенара в соседней квартире. Хозяин отзывчивый и готовый помогать на всех этапах сотрудничества. Однозначно- рекомендую!
The place was a bit smaller than expected but it worked and was cozy for two adults and a child. Stelios checked in on us regularly and was very responsive. He even offered to send us a forgotten toy! The location was nice, close enough to the center to walk, or there was always an easy bus if we didn't feel like walking. The waterfront was really easy to reach and nice to visit daily. There was also a really good playground just a few minutes away. The only disappointment was that parking was virtually nonexistent as the streets were always overfilled with parked cars. We ended up parking in a garage which was easy enough, but an unexpected expense. Overall I would recommend this place.

The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is in a very privileged spot in the city next to the center towards the east and just a few meters from the famous and beautiful new beach of Thessaloniki full of parks and recreational areas. Next to the apartment you will find a super market, cafe, restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops and in general everything at a very short distance...
You can easily get around by city bus since the stop is right opposite the apartment and the center is 5 minutes away. Of course, the best and most enjoyable way to get around is on foot, since the new beach is 80 meters from the apartment and you can walk to the center by walking next to the sea. Finally, a very nice way to get around is by bike, since there is a bike path along the beach.
