I had heard of Evolve and was looking forward to this space, but maybe my expectations were a tad too high. Finding the house wasn't so easy as the entrance isn't that evident. Once in, we noticed the house was cold which wouldn't have been a problem if the thermostat worked. Luckily a fireplace in the living room helped during our stay. We couldn't park(midsize SUV) in the garage due to the stack of boxes containing glasses blocking the way. We checked all the rooms and closets once we arrived, and to my dismay, one of my colleagues found that the bedding on her bed needed to be laundered due to lingering strong body and damp hair odors. The linen closets were not arranged, there were no spare towels outside the one present in each room (mine was hung over the shower curtain), there was hair in the master on-suite, the living room couches looked unclean & quite uninviting, the main trash can couldn't be found,...I'm hard to disappoint but I really felt I got way less bang for my buck.

Big, clean and comfortable stay. Had some trouble finding the trash. However, the host responded quickly when asked. Our stay was great! The only thing was that the trash can filled up quickly since it was shared with another house. Besides that everything went smoothly. It was a safe area and the restaurants and stores were close by.
