THE VACATION: Wafting smell of Coffee or herbal teas greet you in the morning. Step onto the deck with your drink to enjoy the morning sun in the pines. Too chilly outside? Snuggle up and sip in front of the fireplace or sun-drenched window. Be patient, the wildlife may show up. FOOD: Bring your groceries. Besides a large-size fridge and a freezer for your exclusive use, you have a fully equipped kitchen to cook or bake your favorites. You do not need to worry about spices, regular kitchen supplies, or cookware. You will find almost everything in this 600 sq. ft kitchen to have a family feast. There is a grill on the deck and plenty of opportunities in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with most spices: American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Indian spices are available along with staple baking and cooking supplies. Please see the list in the house book. When everyone is fed and ready, a range of activities await you to enrich your vacation: hiking, climbing, fishing, in addition to the area waterparks. We have treasured gems that will keep your family engaged and relaxed. After you are all tired out from the day of activities, come home to relax amidst the pines. BONDING TIME: Huddle around a BONFIRE (fire pit), GRILL on the deck, or just hang out in the back yard. You have many choices. Cool evening? Why not roast hot dogs campin' style over the firepit with s’mores for dessert? It’s too much fun. Bring marshmallows, graham crackers and Hershey’s thin flat bars to create memories to last a life time with S'mores and stories. These are the memories that bond us. Country living does not have to be without a sustained connection. Fast internet access, streaming videos, and Face-time are always available to you. There is little risk of Covid-19 in my house that is quarantined before you arrive and you are the ONLY people here. Outdoor activities pose low risk of Corona virus exposure. You can enjoy the natural outdoor beauty of the area without exposure if you avoid confined public places. Please do not travel if you are infected, even if asymptomatic. You can put others at risk. PARKING POLICY • 4 Parking spaces available in the designated “guest parking” • The cars must not block access to the garage (“No parking” sign posted on the garage doors) • No parking in the driveway blocking access to the home PET POLICY • No pets allowed. • Subject to whole house cleaning fee $350.
