Welcome to a new studio apartment in private villa. Separate entrance. Peaceful neighbourhood in central location. Close to city centre and good communications. City centre - 1km Bus to city centre and Northwolt -250m Forest with nice tracks for walking and skiing - 500m. Outstanding grocery store nearby. Parking Wi-Fi High quality bed Sheets and towels Independent check in available Coffee, tea, oil etc. Cleaning and breakfast can be organised (fee). Discount for prolonged stay. The appartement has its own entrance from outside by a nice staircase. It’s a practical and comfortable one room apartment. It includes a closet, a good bed for one-two persons, a bathroom with shower and hygiene articles. The kitchen holds a small stove, microwave, sink, good sized fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils and some basic food items such as coffee, tea, milk, oil, salt etc. There is a small table with 2 chairs. The apartment also has another door leading to the back yard, where guests can enjoy sitting outside in the garden when the weather is warm. There is a nice spot with furniture for morning coffee in the sun.

I had a fantastic stay with this lovely and kind family! The accommodation was not only comfortable but also very clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with a convenient bus stop nearby and a grocery store just a short walk away. On top of that Malin was exceptionally helpful, offering valuable local insights and making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a cozy and convenient stay. Thank you Malin for your warm hospitality!
I honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. The apartment was nice and cosy and the shower was warm and pleasant (desperately needed when it's like 100 degrees minus in northern Sweden, haha). Everything was clean and instructions for my visit were very clear and easy to follow. The house itself seems to be in a quiet area and I had no trouble walking into town to checkout the city. Aside from the house itself (this is the best part) the hostess and her family were wonderful! She welcomed me in and showed me my room, they left me alone so I had my own space which was very appreciated after a 13 hour drive on increasingly icy roads. In the evening the family were playing board games and I was welcome to join if I'd like. The next day I woke up and was offered a cup of tea before I headed further up north. All in all it was a very smooth booking and I'd highly recommend this place, both the apartment and the hostess! Good luck fellow travellers! :)
The best air b and b host I have ever had!! She is incredibly kind, truly welcomed us, and made us feel like we were a part of her family. She helped us experience everything Skelleftea has to offer and more despite our short visit. She gave us excellent recommendations and truly went above and beyond to help us with anything we could possibly need. The space was super nice and in a great location. Navigating the busses was very easy. We would absolute love to go back!!!
Boendet är precis som beskrivet i text och på bilder. Värdarna är väldigt trevliga och tillgängliga. Skön säng, tyst och lugnt område. Skinande rent. Generellt hög comfort och väl rustat! Utan bil blir man beroende av bussen, men hållplatsen är nära och går alltifrån en gång/kvart till en gång/tim beroende på dag & tid. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka om jag är i krokarna ☺️ Stället rekommenderas varmt

Safe neighbourhood with villas and very little traffic.
You will have access to a parking spot right by the stairs leading up to the studio appartement.
It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the nearest bus stop, where you can catch the bus downtown or to Ursviken /Skelleftehamn - Northwolt.
Walking into town takes 15-20 min.
Our nearby Ica grocery store has been voted the best in the country five years in a row. It takes 5 minutes to get there by car and 15 minutes by foot.
We have a good location, close to town and yet very close to the forest.
If you are into cross country skiing there are great tracks ( system of tracks adding to 40km) just a few hundred meters from the house. There are also nice walking (summer and winter)or biking tracks in the forest.
Along the river there are some nice scenic walks.
There are also a couple of places for down hill skiing in the area.
