Great room for the night! The common areas and bathroom set-up was in such a manner that it did not feel crowded with the other guests. John was quick to great me even though I told him I was coming in late. He was friendly, gave a great tour and made me feel very welcome. He even suggested a place for breakfast and a place to get a great view of Quebec City before I started my journey home. Thank you for the wonderful stay on my last day in the Quebec City region.

France's place is well located on by the river with a few nice restaurants nearby. France is a gracious and welcoming host. I really appreciate the private parking on premises. My only issue is that the listing did not state "shared bathroom". There are 3 to choose from but they are shared with other guests. I mention this as it may be very important to many people. Overall, it was a good experience staying with friendly people.
