WiFi stopped working the last night and wouldn’t reconnect. We did not reach out for assistance so I do not know if it’s something they could address. The walls seems thin and the floors creaked a lot. It was a beautiful home just felt a little overpriced.

This property is in a nice area and the cabin is nice but be prepared for no privacy none of the restrooms lock in the entire cabin so anybody can walk in on you showering and doing your business. Check out stated 11:00am when I booked the property but when we actually arrived and instructions were sent to me it stated we had to be out by 10am. The materials provided for you to clean were horrible starting with the broom. We had a leak coming down from the ceiling in the kitchen and had to clean it we come to find out it was coming from the toilet upstairs. The number provided for assistance was a wrong number it was actually for a different rental company and we needed immediate help because the water was coming down from a light fixture and the kitchen was full of water on the floor. We finally figured how to shut the water off to stop it from coming down. Unfortunately we would not book again for what we paid we would have not expected to have dealt with all the inconvenience.

This house is located in an excellent spot and overall is a good value. The hot tub is old, and wasn’t very clean. There weren’t any cleaning supplies left at the house for us to use so we didn’t have to go by our own. The house was exactly as described and slept our family and guests comfortably. I would agree with another review that the upstairs bedroom is very loud as there is not a wall separating it from the main living area. For the indoor days, the house is equipped with several board games as well as a very good selection of DVDs to choose from. We had an abundance of wildlife at the house every day. From mule deer to elk, you never knew what would surprise you next! There was even a herd of wild horses that we would see every night down at the local football field. Overall this was an excellent location and I would rent the same house again on a return trip.
