Die Schlafcouch war komplett kaputt (Lattenrost und Gestänge gebrochen). Es wurde ein Upgrade angeboten. Nach 2 Nächten mussten wir innerhalb von einer Stunde die Ersatzwohnung räumen, weil andere Gäste anreisen würden. Seitdem schlafen wir auf Matratzen auf dem Fußboden. Wir haben mehrmals erfolglos um Klärung gebeten, keine Reaktion. Vorhänge sind ebenfalls defekt, Küche unvollständig, das Schwimmbad im Haus ist dreckig, abgestandenes, ungechlortes Wasser. Keine Erholung im Urlaub möglich.

They made me wait more than 4 hours in the apartment because they did not have the key in the lock, I had to wait for the team to come to the apartment (Which was at 14hs, then at 15hs, 16hs... until they arrived at 18.20hs Making me lose 4 hours of my work and causing me inconveniences. The property was not in the state of the photos, the balcony was full of stains and it was a bad experience for the management of GuestReady. They also did not offer any compensation or refund knowing that the conditions are not what I paid for. The lock on the door is in bad condition so if you close it, you may have the problem of not being able to open it again, having to leave the door open and this being very unsafe. You can access the property with a code and there is no security at the entrance. The sauna is not finished, the massages are not available and many things mentioned cannot be used yet.

A localização é simplesmente incrível. A um minuto da praia e dos restaurantes e bares e ao mesmo tempo tranquilo para dormir à noite. Alguns pontos negativos são o sofá-cama que, a não ser que sejas uma criança que pese 5 quilos, é bastante desconfortável. O fogão não é nada funcional, tentamos cozinhar, entretanto sem sucesso. Não esquentava o suficiente nem para fazer ovos mexidos. A máquina de café também não funciona, apesar de falarmos com a Guest Ready ( a resposta foi extremamente rápida) e avisarem que teríamos que manter o botão pressionado. Mesmo assim, não funcionou. Se estes pontos fossem resolvidos, teria sido uma estadia simplesmente espetacular.
