The place was expensive but considering the place is near the mall and there is a pool and court, It isn't that bad. I wasn't able to have much fun due to personal business but in my own words, it's a quiet place and the sound of traffic at night is at the pleasant level amd quite calming.

We had a great stay for board exams. The place is clean and nice. We love the minimalist style with no clutter. The location of the unit at 43rd floor is perfect for sight seeing especially at night, it helps for destressing. Allan is a very responsive and friendly host. Thanks for the great stay.

We stayed at Allan’s place for 12 days (During the stretch of my board exams in Ayala Malls Cloverleaf). Allan offered us an early check in on the first day which I really appreciate. He was responsive with my inquiries. When I asked for extra pillows and towels, he happily obliged. His place is spacious, clean and peaceful. You can use the amenities, especially the roof deck. You can refill the gallon of water on B1 for FREE. Laundry service is also available in B1. If you have something delivered (grab food) the rider can leave it at the lobby and the concierge/guards will receive it. You don’t have to hurry. My favorite part about this stay is knowing about the CATS OF CELANDINE. They foster stray cats, feed and shelter them until they are officially adopted. You can find their cages in B1 also. Will definitely book here again! Thank you sir!
