You will be staying in the heart of Nimman and just a few minutes walk to Maya Shopping Center, One Nimman and all the cool cafes, galleries, restaurants and bars of Nimman. Modern condo on the 7th floor. Curated to make it a calm and modern and stylish space. Quick access to all the amazing cafes, Yellow co-working spaces, restaurants, bars and galleries of Nimman. And quick walk to One Nimman and Maya Shopping Centre. Our guest room features a queen-sized bed. Should you require an additional folding floor mattress and linens for a third guest, we would be happy to accommodate your request for a surcharge of 500 baht.

Host is super nice, kind, friendly and responsive. Her room is located near nimman road with walkable distance but peaceful and private. Everything in the room just looks like the photo shows on Airbnb. Easy check-in, full of amenities in the room, 2 key cards, reasonable price. Everything seems perfect!

원 님만 바로 옆에 있고, 마야 몰도 근처에 있어요. 뒷 쪽 골목으로 가면 세븐 일레븐, 레스토랑, 마사지 샵이 다 있어서 좋아요. 체크 인 & 아웃이 쉽고, 주변이 조용해요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 지내면서 벌레는 못 봤어요. 치앙마이 숙소 리뷰 보면 바퀴벌레랑 개미 나온다는 곳이 많은데 운이 좋아 발견하지 못했을 수도 있는데 여기서 지내는 동안은 못 봤어요. 샤워필터 가져가서 수압은 문제가 없었고, 배수도 문제 없었어요. 토일렛 티슈는 3개만 제공되고, 샴푸/컨디셔너/바디워시는 1개씩만 제공되니 길게 머물면 모자랄수 있어요. 수건은 작은거 큰거 한개씩 있어요. AC는 방에 하나 거실에 하나 있어서 좋았어요.

Getting around is easy as in addition to Grab, there are numerous small public transport vehicles (little red trucks known as "Songthaew" that are very cheap) and tuk-tuks. And RTC Chiang Mai City Bus station are in front of the condo as very convenient.
Renting a scooter or motorbike is easy with numerous service providers.
