Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. It is soothing and relaxing even though you are at the epicentre of the city. The condo has an amazing view and a cozy atmosphere. A hammock and hanging chair makes it unique as well. Try it out! This is a loftcondo with high ceilings and a balcony with an operatic view of the city. Moreover a spaceous enough livingroom, kitchen, and bedroom for 4-6 persons with a total area of 72 sqm. Upstairs there is a big bedroom with a kingbed, a bunkbed and a dobbel madras. Try it out!

Nina’s place is worth the price. We had a great and comfortable stay. She is very accommodating and kind.
The view is breathtaking especially during night time. The city lights and panoramic sight from the balcony is just sooo amazing. Our family prefers to cook most of our meals than buy it outside so I really appreciate that her kitchen has the necessary utensils, cooking and food storage materials/equipment. We had a minor problem during our 2nd day as my sister left the key inside the condo. Her caretaker was able to arrive in less than an hour with the spare key. Nina's place is very cozy and beautiful just as pictured and described. She's also very accommodating and gives helpful information! Hoping our family could come back and stay here again soon as there are still many places in Cebu we weren't able to go yet. Thank you so much Nina! You are a wonderful host! <3

This is the centre of the city with the Osmeña park right infront of you. Restaurants, department stores, bars, hospitals, banks, coffe shops like Starbucks and Bo’s coffe is just around the corner. As well as laundry, pawnshops, also the BRT central station will be in front of you. All goverment agency offices are within proximity. From my balcony the streets below is the route taken by the performing dancers of the Sinulog Mardygra in January. At Christmas you can take a look at the city’s Christmas tree with all its glittering lights and decorations. Whatever season you are at the centre of it ALL.
When it comes to transparation you are at ground Zero. Everything starts from here. Jeepneys, busses, taxies which can take you wherever you like. If you rent a car let me know to tip you about cheap parking.
