The house was clean and spacious. The pool was great and the entertainment room got great sun! Wish the house had a few more items in the kitchen - ii.e. Spices, oil, cooking utensils. Otherwise the house was wonderful!

This home was absolutely lovely for my family and I and even better in person! The neighborhood was adorable and we felt very safe. The home has an intense security system which was a great touch. The layout of the house was amazing, nice and airy and the master bedroom was private. A few housekeeping issues- some brown spots on the master bathroom floor, a shower head not working, kitchen utensils a little grimy and filter in the refrigerator not working, pool not very clean at all… front fire pit not working unless you held it, but they were minor and hopefully will be fixed! Also, there is an additional charge for the pool of $100 per day for it to be heated which we weren’t aware of prior. NBD. The fireplace was a lovely touch, as well as the record player so we could fully unplug. Everything overall felt clean and airy. Beds were super comfy, I literally bought the bedding from the master bedroom after investigating! We would stay here again for sure. Value for cost was great!

This was a truly stunning house. As beautiful as the pictures portrayed. It is on an adorable residential and quiet strip, and with the landscaping they have done, it feels like you are in your own private oasis. The rooms and bedrooms are perfect, with the entertainment room having plenty of space and amenities -- including a popcorn maker! Importantly for us, since we had little kids, the entertainment room was far from the bedrooms so folks could stay up watching movies while kids slept and vice versa in the morning! The pool was a fun extra as well - the kids adored the waterslide and floats. Check-in was easy, with a keypad. And the host was extremely responsive to the small questions that cropped up along the way. A great rental -- we come to LA often and I imagine we might rent this one again.

The place is beautiful on the inside and the outside, we loved all the decorations on the inside. The host was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. It is in a neighborhood with neighbors close by but it was overall very quiet and peaceful.
