Looks like the photos. However our entire stay, there was no AC in the master bedroom, it was obvious this was a know problem from the many fans around the apartment. Trash cans were missing bin liners and there was left over party decorations and confetti tucked away around the apartment, wash room was dirty, toilet had a leak and a container catching water, so the host MUST have been aware. Soap at the sink had hair on it, no paper towels. After communicating all this to the host, all i received were exuses and suggestions to try mutiple things that could not solve the issue. There was no solution provided and no compensation offered.

Such an amazing place, looks just like the pictures. The place was clean and updated the security was top tier and the hosts were amazing and overly accommodating i was highly impressed with everything on my stay, this place will definitely be my go to spot anytime i’m in Kingston, Loved it!

The space was very clean, security measures is top tier. Gavae was a great host, responded in a quick manner and was very polite . The features of the apartment were very modern.

Firstly, the building is very secure and well kept and the location is very convenient and close to tons of shops and restaurants. However, as soon as we got to the apartment it was obvious that the beds weren’t changed. The sheets had tons of stains and the extra sheets left in the couch were also not changed. The ac unit in the master bedroom did not work for the entirety of our stay so it was very hot and humid in our room. The host was very responsive and addressed our concerns quickly. However I don’t think I could recommend this apartment or ever stay there again. The level of cleanliness was not up to my standards.
