I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cozy Cottage Retreat, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Here are some highlights: -Charming Atmosphere: The cottage is beautifully decorated with a rustic yet modern touch. The cozy fireplace and comfortable furniture made it feel like a true retreat. -Impeccable Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the space was impressive. It was evident that the hosts take great care in maintaining the property. -The hosts, Tim and Julie, were incredibly friendly and responsive. They provided detailed instructions for check-in and promptly answered any questions I had during my stay. Overall, my stay was delightful, and I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage Retreat to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway. I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was perfect. Tim and Laura did an amazing job in making the house modern, convenient and enjoyable while keeping its unique history and spirit. Every little detail is thought through! The house is located in the historic Ashburn, with great restaurants and convenience stores in the walking distance. 15-20 minutes drive from the airport, 10 min drive to Ashburn Metro Station, 20 minutes to the Aerospace Museum with the space shuttle, and 40 min by car to DC or to the great breweries and wineries. Do not skip on Harper’s Ferry, Shenandoah National Park, and Luray caverns!

We traveled to Virginia for a family event. We needed to accommodate my mother, my daughter and her husband and their dog, plus my husband and myself. We usually stay in hotels, but I really wanted the family experience with our grand baby. My husband has worked out of state for many years. He has a very high standard. He insisted on going to see where we were staying before going anywhere else, so that we would have time to find a hotel if necessary. What a wonderful surprise, my husband was very impressed! The whole family felt very comfortable and relaxed. Everything was so clean, we were not concerned about our granddaughter crawling around. My mother and granddaughter really enjoyed the sunporch, especially the swing! Tim is a very gracious host. He responded to all of my questions very promptly. This home is a perfect combination of old world charm with lots of modern conveniences!

We had a great time at the manor. Tim was a great host. We arrived very early in the morning but had no trouble finding the place or get inside. The place was cozy and we felt right at home. Wish we could’ve stayed a bit more but definitely recommend for anyone who has a big group. 10/10 would come back.

This was a very special place. We all felt at home including our two Corgis. My wife loved the farmhouse, its layout, and amenities. We had a great time!
