I think part of the headache about visiting Vegas sometimes can be all of the running around and cluttered this of checking in and out of strip side hotels. However, my fiancé and I were able to lock in this beautiful suite with amazing views and at a great value! Arthur was very communicative and just a stellar host altogether. Most definitely won’t be our last time visiting Vegas and definitely won’t be our last time booking with Arthur, thank you again! It was a blast!

The location is amazing, however we’ve now stayed at other airbnbs within palms place and can 100% there are better value for money elsewhere in the property, it wasn’t the worst but we had issues checking in, the property had a lot of internal damage and needs a lot of maintenance, considering we were unable to check in on time due to cleaning, we didn’t find it very clean at all, when notifying the host we found him quite rude and unhelpful, if you’re after accommodation for a couple of days In vegas and don’t plan on staying in at all go for it but I won’t be booking again for what we wanted, few smaller things to note, minimum hot water, goes off after 5 minutes, $100 a night fee hold on your card at check in (so you’re not shocked) tried to fill the jacuzzi bath and it didn’t work, the wifi was quite bad and there is no dryer as stated on the ad.
