The house itself is not terrible, but it needs lots of updates. There is no water heater, ac only in one room and it doesn't work well. The mattress on the bed was terrible (big dip in the middle and wires sticking out). There were roaches walking on one of the couches in the living room.
Smell
No está mal pero deberían cambiar el Matre del cuarto principal con aire y mejorar más la limpieza antes de entregar al cliente . Tenía olor a cerrado.
