Commuting is easy with nearby highways and public transportation. A private walk-out basement unit with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Carpet free. Bedroom features a twin bed & a full size bed, wall to wall closet, plus a dedicated workspace (desk & chair). Fully equipped kitchen, including complimentary tea and coffee. Dinning set with 4 chairs. 4 piece bathroom. Livingroom has a double sofa-bed, TV and an electric fireplace/heater. Wi-fi password will be provided. Eliptical machine available in the hallway.

Really nice place, good lighting. Easy to check in, very clear check in check out instructions.
Catalina was responsive, and the unit was clean and as described. Being in a basement there was a bit of overhead noise, but nothing particularly disruptive. I enjoyed my stay, overall.
It was a great cozy place for the weekend! Clean, easy to find location, close to sunrise which was helpful. I would recommend booking this spot! Thank you again Catalina!
What a little gem. Perfect for the 3 of us for our girls weekend. Private entrance to a lower level unit. Quiet, private, bright and exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming. Exactly as listed. Close to shopping, dinning and the price point was great. Will definitely stay again.
Great place, clean, and kitchen was very usable. It was a bit cold at first, but once we turned on the fireplace, it was very comfortable. The bedroom and bed were comfortable. The sofa bed was a bit lumpy, but not a problem (it's a sofa bed after all!). Very happy with the place, no major issues at all. One minor thing was that the walls were a bit thin, but Catalina and her family weren't noisy, so it was never an issue. Overall, enjoyed the stay and thanks for having us!
