Conveniently located - you'll be just 20 mins away from DISNEYLAND, Knott’s Berry Farm, Hollywood, and Queen Mary! Easy freeway access to downtown Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. When you're ready to relax, you can enjoy wireless internet, cable TV, and even NETFLIX for some fun movie time. Newly remodeled 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds & 2 sofa beds), 2 bathrooms, a den, kitchen, washer-dryer, AC/heaters home with free parking on our private driveway where 3 cars can be parked. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeways.

We had a very pleasant and wonderful stay at Max's place. It was neat and clean with all the amenities. Housekeeping was done twice during our month-long stay there, which we truly appreciated. The surrounding area was nice and walkable. Max left detailed instructions for the entry at his place and we had no issue. He was always very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out to him. Thank you, Max, for sharing your home with us and making our stay comfortable.

Great place. Good place to stay in Long Beach.
Overall great stay at the house. Upon arrival had issues with some areas not being clean, Max resolved for us. Even offered to have housekeeping come. The house was very spacious and the backyard was large as well. Plenty of driveway parking for two large vehicles. I would stay again! Max was also responsive and answered questions within minutes. We were also able to check in early which we appreciated.
Max’s place was spotless and roomy. It was comfortable and Max returned my text in a timely manner each time..

The house is centrally located in the quiet family-oriented Bixby Knolls area neighborhood in Long Beach, CA - enjoy everything Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Orange County have to offer! - 6 minutes to the Long Beach Convention Center - 12 Minutes to the beach - 20 Minutes to Orange County: Irvine Spectrum & Santa Ana downtown, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach.
