On the living room area, the sofa can accommodate two more guests. At the same time, the kitchen is very practical and fully equipped with all the electrical appliances and provides everything you will need to prepare a lovely family meal. The dining area can sit up to 6 people, or in case you prefer to have dinner outside, there is also a dining table at the veranda, by the swimming pool, which will make all your meals a great experience. The kitchen and living room provide access to the pool terrace and the BBQ area. Additional a bathroom with a shower cabin can also be found on the ground floor. First Floor The first bedroom features one double bed(1,80x2,00) while the second bedroom features two single beds(0,90x2,00) and offers access to a balcony with beautiful country side views. A four seater spa whirlpool tub can be found in the balcony in order to enjoy moments of relaxation while gazing the news of the area. Both bedrooms are romantically decorated with pastel colours and boast a 28’ flat screen TV and a boudoir. Finally, a family bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub is also available on this level.  - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
