Welcome to our apartment in Popayan! This delightful two-bedroom accommodation offers a perfect blend of modern comfort. Located very close to the city center, you'll find yourself surrounded by markets, restaurants, gym, stores and an array of local eateries. The two bedrooms have been designed to ensure a peaceful night's rest. Each room comes with a comfortable bed adorned with soft linens, guaranteeing a restful sleep. Ample storage space allows you to keep your belongings. This building has been transformed and renovated during the last years. The building has 5 floors and currently has 14 apartments in total. At the moment, only two apartments of the second floor are Airbnb use. As hosts, we are only responsible for the apartment and your experience within it. First Floor: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a hall which will conduct you to stairs and then a lobby in the second floor. Second Floor: This level houses a private fully equipped gym, perfect for young professionals or visitors seeking for some exercise during the stay. Each visit to the gym has a cost which needs to be confirmed with the gym's manager before using it. Third Floor: Families and guests will find their apartment on this floor, as it offers the two-bedroom apartment with a shared balcony divided by plants. Each door can be locked from the inside. Each apartment in the building ensures peace and privacy, while secure access controls guarantee a safe living environment.
