Lloyd was very quick to respond and even came over at short notice to fix the heating, late in the evening. We were assigned a different flat in the same building due to a problem with the flat we had booked. This was not a problem and the new flat was great! Note that late checkout can cost £15-25 depending on how late you check out. The booking says 11am checkout but the correspondence states that the checkout time is at 10am. Cleaners arrived at 10am. Lloyd told us that we can checkout at 11am without a fee. I would recommend this place!

I didn't end up staying, but my relative who I was staying there with stayed, with her husband, this is whatshe said.... don't know if you usually do a report on places you stay but there were a few issues. The heating wasn't on and it was baltic in there took hours to get warm after we put it on. Stu had a wash in the sink and the plug wouldn't come back up after so left a sink of hairy water. There was no curtains in the living room so people could see in from the road. There wasn't a blind in the bathroom which looked out onto a football field so had to walk naked in front of it. There was condensation running down the walls in the bedroom as it was so cold but got damp once heating went on. No tea towel. Tested fire alarm and it fell off the ceiling. Got potential to be nice.

not worth the cost, the shower didn't work, the sink was blocked, the door lock wouldn't open and we had to get help from a neighbour, there was an unopened condom and random glove left in the living room and no curtains or blinds.

Second time I've stayed at this property, great place to stay when visiting Bristol
