Quiet no-frills 1 bedroom flat on upper floor of freestanding house in safe residential neighborhood. Personal check-in with the English-speaking host. Double bed with extra hard mattress. Good sleep. Kitchen table with four chairs, little desk. Daylight kitchen fully operational with refrigerator/freezer and 4-flame gas stove with oven. Microwave, kettle, foldable electric grill which can serve as toaster. Two daylight bathrooms with Middle East shower, sink and European WC. Hot water 24/7, yet little water pressure. Washing machine. Clothes get dry within less than 24 hours, even in winter times. Three split type AC units and three ceiling fans. Ample space for baggage. British wiring, numerous sockets. Excellent 5G coverage on operator Omantel, good for video call and tv streaming. Private car park on the plot in front of the door. Emergency food shop at some 500 m up the road. Host Mr. Mohammed responsive and living nearby. Towels were provided upon our request.
