un lugar hermoso por donde se lo mire, el anfitrion muy bueno y servicial, la ubicacion hermosa, parada de bus que te llevan a NY cada 15min. a 50 mts del alojamiento, todo super limpio y ordenado, un ambiente tranquilo de buena onda en la casa. si tu idea es estar en NY por unos dias de visita, este es el lugar indicado. nada que reprochar y todo exclente por el precio que piden. una experiencia 10/10

I choose this place since to be inside of manhattan is crazy regarding to prices, the place is in NJ but the best thing about it is that you have 1 min walk a bus stop that takes you to NYC (also drop you directly next to the property which was helpful at night). Other then that nothing to do in the area. You have few Nice restaurants around (specially the Vietnamese one). The place has 5 rooms in total (which I didn’t knew when I booked it) which depends on the guests how much it can be noisy or crowded. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. In my room the bed was comfortable, I didn’t used the kitchen but it looks like you have everything you need there. i also didn’t use the coffee machine since I was going out every morning and come back in the evening. If you are in low budget for this NY trip, so this is a great choice for saving. But if you have money to spend it definitely worth checking sleeping in Manhattan so you can take advantage of the night also.

Other guests in the shared facility were loud with very loud children each morning. Woke up with bug bites all over my body from the bed.

My stay was awesome, I would definitely recommend. The room was clean, the bed is comfy which helps one get a smooth peaceful sleep. The bathrooms and kitchen were always clean.
