Welcome to our charming home located in the heart of Athens, GA! Whether you're a football fan, a music enthusiast, or just looking to experience the vibrant culture of Athens, our place is the perfect base for your stay. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a quiet escape while being just minutes away from UGA and downtown Athens. Whether you're in town for a game day, a cultural event, or a relaxing getaway, our home provides the ideal haven for your stay. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, four pillows, small dresser, two end tables that can be pulled in close to the bed to act as a small table or desk, and a smart TV. Each of the two full bathrooms have standard amenities including large mirrors, sink, and tub/shower combo and are stocked with towels, makeup towels, shampoo and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided. In the living room, you can enjoy viewing your favorite streaming media on the 50" flatscreen smart TV. There is a comfortable setup for those that are working on the go - either use our spacious desk and work from a comfy chair, or just enjoy working from the convertible sofa bed on the coffee table that can be opened up for an elevated workspace! Enjoy your freshly-brewed morning coffee while sitting out on the patio, eat takeout at the dining table, or make a meal for yourself in our stocked kitchen! Laundry room available for use. First Aid Kit located in kitchen cabinet (red case).

This is a beautiful, clean apartment. We had a great time during the day. At night was a little different. The person/family upstairs seemed to walk around all night. The ceiling sounded like the person was coming right through. We also knew anytime the person went to the restroom as we could hear the toilet flush. That had nothing to do with the Host. They were amazing. I needed to stay in town an extra day and they were willing to redo the reservation to accommodate me. Check in was easy and the apartment was so pretty. We felt right at home. We will come back as we are in this area often.
We always rent air bnb’s and up to now, this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. As soon as you walk in, it smells clean, and gives a great impression. Not like other air bnb’s that only look beautiful and once you walk in, smells questionable. I would absolutely rent again!

This place was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, easy to find and get inside. The property was nice and even had a dog park. The hosts were very friendly and always responded right away. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect !Anytime I had a concern the host was there to rectify it right away. I cannot say enough good things . I would definitely recommend this property and I would absolutely stay here again! They took great care of my dog and I.

This quiet, gated apartment complex boasts a pool and grill area, a business station for printing and using the internet, a fully-equipped gym, fenced in "Bark Park," and tennis / pickleball courts that are all available for guest use.
The complex is one road, with each building clearly marked. Parking is available feet from each door. The administration building houses the business area, gym, and pool. Tennis/pickleball courts and Bark Park are located near the small round-about inside the gate.
