No toiletries provided although I ask if there is any like tissue, the plates are unusable as it has holes; it was also greasy just like the pans and pots. Lack of utensils. The pan is used to be a non-stick pan but the coating is already erased which is disturbing as it can cause cancer. The pool water was not changed from the previous use as they said that it was cleaned and filtered but as we get there the water seems to be a bit opaque. The shower emits too little water so it will take a very lot of time showering than normal. The lock on the sliding door is not working plus the door itself is broken too as we had a difficulty sliding it, it came to a point where it almost broke down luckily I was able to hold it before it fell. The TV is very lagging every time we use it, remote is broken too. The karaoke is also not working. The chess pieces are missing too. The blanket is too thin and small to be used, pillows are dirty but the pillowcase is newly washed. No dining table too.

Overall, our stay at Casa X was enjoyable, but there were some notable maintenance issues. While the place was clean, the plates provided were visibly worn. Additionally, discovering a cockroach in the kitchen sink was quite unsettling. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly weak. Moreover, having the trash bin solely in the bathroom was inconvenient, especially considering the lack of preparedness with additional bins outside. Despite these drawbacks, our experience at Casa X was fun, but improvements in maintenance and amenities would greatly enhance future stays.
