Convenience is guaranteed with the train station and tram stops on your doorstep and a covered parking spot. Inside the home, the dining and kitchen area is the center of the house. The spacious open area is suitable for friends or a family and it is climate controlled with AirCon and heater. The outdoor patio is a perfect little spot to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. You can whip up a feast in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. The dinner table sits 4, allowing everyone to sit together. Bedroom #1: queen size bed, aircon/heater, built in closet, blackout cuirtains and chair. Bedroom #2: queens size bed, built in closet Bathroom: renovated with a joint bathtub and shower. Great water pressure and sparkling clean for every guest. We provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash to get you started. Baby cot and high hair available for guests. 1 undercover parking spot

Great stay, good location
Appartment is really in good condition. Unfortunately only ONE heating unit for all rooms. This is extremely uncomfortable for family with little kids!!! Overall,accommodation is very clean,good condition,in summer probably much more comfortable. We want to say,thank you for your service. Regards family Gisca.
It was a very good stay. Place is very new and clean. Was sent hairdryer when we notice they weren’t any. Owner is very responsive.

Tuck into some of Melbourne’s best brunch spots – such as Left Field, Next of Kin and Carter Lovett – all within easy reach. You are also a train away (18minutes) to Caulfield Racecourse and Monash University Caulfield campus.
