Kick back and relax at the Beach House! The Sunset Room is located on the top floor, providing a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the middle floor with all new appliances and basic amenities for your comfort. You will have access to 2 full bathrooms, one on each level, shared with other guests, as well as a private en suite shower and sink for your comfort. Upon booking, you will receive a code for keyless entry. There is full wi-fi coverage throughout the house.

We are located in the middle of the beach block, just a brisk walk to the boardwalk promenade, feet in sand in no time at all! The house is in a quiet, residential area with the main hub of 116th Street less than 10 minutes walk, offering a great selection of restaurants, bars, 24 hour deli, shops and the subway station. You'll find the A train subway there, which can take you to JFK airport in 20-30 minutes and to midtown Manhattan within an hour travel time. You can also take the scenic ferry ride from 108th Street from the bay, with stops in Brooklyn, Downtown and Midtown Manhattan. Rockaway Beach is a year-round travel destination with a lively local arts, music, culinary, and nightlife scene. There's always something fun happening at the Rockaway Hotel on 108th Street. During warmer months you can enjoy an array of outdoor activities like surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, jet skiing, etc...
