6 of us stayed here for a softball tournament! I communicated with Phillip who was VERY helpful. Answered all my questions, allowed us to check in early, and even asked for insight on what to do better upon check out! They are very keen on not wanting the host to feel like they have to clean or do anything but enjoy their stay: I was pleasantly surprised when checking the list for checkout as most want you to strip bedding, do dishes, start laundry and the only requirement was turn off the lights. Truly felt like a vacation! Simple, beautiful house that suited our needs for the night. Would stay here again!

House was as described, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in easy but would suggest a keypad lock. Upon arrival house was clean except for debris on the rugs/floor in the bathroom(plaster, caulking, plastic, grass, dirt) Would also suggest a rug/mat inside the front door and some sort of blinds or curtains for the big kitchen window. I believe house was recently renovated, smell of paint was strong in the house. Could use another piece of furniture in the living room area. Overall we had a pleasant stay and house met our needs.

Very comfortable stay for my family and I. House was clean and looks exactly like the photos listed. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. This is definitely are great option in the area. We would stay again.
