The house was great. Very comfy with complete set of kitchen needs. Sir Edwin was very accommodating to us from the start and were very responsive towards our concerns. It's our second time booking through him and never disappoints. Looking forward to book through him again.

This Airbnb was amazing! The host was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, spacious, had everything we need and beautifully decorated. The location was okay it is near to convenience store and had great security. The living room was spacious and comfortable the amenities were complete and good air-conditioning from living room to every bedrooms. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, private and comfortable Airbnb experience!

It’s really worth the price since the place is spacious and we really like that theres an air-con in the living room including the dining and kitchen. Both of the rooms has wide beds which is perfect for groups. We also appreciate that the host is very responsive, whenever we have questions or needs, we get the response immediately and we appreciate that he even provided a speaker for karaoke since the one inside cannot be connected to the tv. The place is near the gatehouse and the convenient store so it’s easy to find and it’s just few steps away. It’s just that, it’s not on the center of the city so you will have to travel if you want to go to Makati or Bgc, but if your gonna be by group and your plan is to stay inside the house to drink and have fun like what we did, I will recommend here.
