挺不错的入住体验，房间很香，宿舍卫生环境也好，下楼就是sunway商场很方便

the host is responsive and attentive to the complaints and concern. However, the unit condition is not matching up to the pricing and description. 1) entire unit is filled with cigarettes smell 2) toilet paper is missing( replaced after reported) 3) toilet ceiling is leaking with water dripping onto the head 4) entrance and living hall lights are out (a service guy enter to check the fuse but never resolved) 5) master bedroom power outlets are broken without electricity 6) kettle is with tea bags and remnant without cleaning (bring in a new kettle after complaint) 7) cluster of dusts are visible at corner 8) tv cabinet and master bedroom wall are visible with accumulation of dust with long time no cleaning at this pricing, it does not worth the spending as easily could locate some other better condition unit. this is the first time I ever made complaint of the bad condition. except the location is strategic to a mall. severe attention and maintenance is required for the price.
